Hello, everyone, and welcome to Living in Korea. Today, we're going to talk about food culture in Korea. Today, we have Fangjin from China, Claire from France, Asako from Japan, and Kevin from the U.S. here with us. OK, Claire, why don't you start first? As you all know, almost everything can be delivered in Seoul, and I love that! Even hamburgers can be delivered here. And the speed of the delivery is unbelievable. Last night, I ordered fried chicken, and it was delivered in less than 30 minutes. So quick! So Claire and Fangjin like our quick delivery services. What do you like about food culture in Korea, Asako? In every restaurant in Korea, we get all kinds of side dishes for free, and I love it. In Japan, we have to pay for every little dish. But I don't think it's good to get so many side dishes. We often get side dishes that we don't like, and we don't eat them. Don't you think that's a terrible waste? I guess you have a point there. By the way, I have a question. We usually pay individually in Japan. How come one person usually pays for everybody in Korea? Oh, I also thought that was very strange at first. I think the oldest person always picks up the bill. Well, you can consider it just a part of Korean culture. However, it's changing these days. Many young people like to pay individually. We also take turns paying. I see. Anyway, I'm used to paying for my younger friends now. When I went out with my American friends last weekend, I just picked up the bill for everybody. Now, they all love me. Ha ha ha. I guess you're almost Korean, Kevin. Well, our time is up. Thank you for all your interesting stories. Goodbye, everyone!
