There's no point watching a ball which I've already hit.
The best thing you can do after hitting a ball is run with all your might.
1. track down: ~를 찾아내다, 추적하다.
ex. I'm trying to track down an old friend.

2. load down: ~에 무거운 것을 싣다.
ex. It could be dangerous to load down a motorcycle.

3. knock down: 때려 눕히다, 금방 마셔버리다.
ex. What do you say we knock down a couple of beers tonight? 오늘밤 맥주한잔 쭉 어때?
*get back on track: 다시 정상궤도에 들어선
ex.We could have this project get back on track
by the end of this month.
이달 말까지 이 프로젝트를 정상 궤도에 올릴 수 있을 거야.
*get a load of: ~를 한번쭉 보다.

so he decided " I am so sleepy, I have to knock down a few cups of coffee before I can do this work" But, eventually he got in his chair, he got busy,
so he finished all his work.>
