Maybe about 10 years ago, Gil-dong wanted to open a health club or exercise gym. I told him I would help him. I would be an instructor at the health club teaching aerobics. He said, sure John you can have that job. On the first day of class, I told all the students all right, drop down take a nap! Evidently I let down Gil-dong. He was expecting a few more serious exercises like shrug your shoulders and rub your eyes but I was just in favor of dropdown and taking a nap. We have to close down the gym. That’s when he decided to open the ‘번데기’ restaurant
