BP has been criticized for delays and processing claims. Feinberg made clear that
his facility will take over all claims from BP in August and will operate for three
years

The damages by oil spills in Gulf of Mexico have a lot of people suffer. Those
who are suffering are making claims against BP. They want to be paid. Well BP
has been slow in process in gulf’s claims and handing out the money. Feinberg
says well, beginning August, we will take over all of those claims. We would try
to make things a little bit better. We’ll do our best for three years to pay out
those claims

The FDA recently issued new guidance to livestock industry, recommending they
stop using antibiotics as growth promoters. This is a very important event

In the government, the FDA is responsible for making sure people stay healthy.
Well they watch what’s going on in the livestock industry and they’re telling
farmers please, as you’re raising your animals to liveries food for people, do not
use antibiotics. While you are using antibiotics, well they will use as growth
promoters to make the animals bigger and bigger. Someone from the FDA says
this is very important. We are taking a very important step forward.
