Sign on with: when you are signing something or doing some business, even writing a check, sign and join, so the way of joining or contract > ~와 계약을 체결하다
Agree with: have the same idea or opinion, not only can two people agree, but I might say style, music, fashion, etc > ~에 맞는다(=fit for), ~에 동의하다
Charge with: in the legal system, the government or police or prosecutors might say be guilty, committed crime so accuse or blame for the wrong thing > 고소(고발)하다

A little background information on Gil-dong I bet you didn’t know that about 8 or 9 years ago, Gil-dong was a very good sportsman. He’s a very powerful athlete.
In fact he plays soccer. He decided to sign on with one of the best teams in town. He was able to do pretty good but actually the training schedule didn’t agree with him. Gil-dong’s idea of training was every Saturday afternoon from 4 o’clock to 4:30.
But the coach wanted him to do every day for 6 or 7 hours. And well Gil-dong was showing up late every day and finally the coach charged with breaking the contract rules. And well that’s how he started ‘번데기’ business.
