Well, you know, Jake, as we go through these lists, obviously yes.
I'm a native speaker of English. All of these expressions are easy for me.
But sometimes I see a list like today and I think wow all three of these are
used all of the time. These are so so commonly used.
And the first is to stand for. Now to stand for means to accept or to tolerate,
to be able to endure.

However you'll not hear little chidlren say 'I don't care for that.'
Even though what is a very small word with easy spelling,
it is more of an adult style word.
▶ care for는 쉽게 말해 좋아하고 어떤 것을 즐기는 것을 의미한다.
Jake 그거 아니? 난 care가 쉬운 단어라는 것을 안다.
하지만 당신은 어린애들이 '나는 그것을 care for(좋아하지) 않아'라고

3. look for
Yeah, to look for is not complecated. It means to try to find something,
to search for something.
▶ look for는 복잡하지 않은 것이다. 이것은 어떤 것을 구하거나 찾으려고
노력하는 것이다.
