1. shape up
When we see the word 'shape', first of all we think of appearances,
squares, rounds, triangles or things like this. Well, shape also refers
to health, your condition of your health. To shape up, then, is to become
healthy or to be doing a good job, to be performing very well, shape up.
▶ shape이라는 단어를 보면 먼저 모양에 대해서 생각난다. 사각형, 원형,
