see, watch, hear, feel, observe, taste, behold , smell, recognize,등 (2)감정에 관한 동사 (주로 마음으로 느끼는 동사) want, desire, forgive, love, hate, like, dislike, need, prefer 등 (3)인식에 관한 동사 ( 머리로 주로 생각하는 동사)
think, feel, understand, know, realize, believe, remember, forget, mean등 (4)소유에 관한 동사
own, owe, belong, possess, be, have등 (5)상태에 관한 동사 seem, appear, consist, resemble, contain등
예컨대 I am a boy. I am being a boy.
지각(perception), 감정(emotion), 사고에 관한 동사의 경우도 마찬가지여서 예컨대 I know him. 가령 I am knowing him.
Someone is coming ; I hear footsteps(무의지 동작)-> 귀가 있어서 자연스럽게 듣는다
Don't disturb him now ; He is listening to a radio play(의지)-> 레디오가 재미있어 듣는다.
